Accessibility Statement

Our approach

We want this website to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or voice control. It has been built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

  • Every part of the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
  • A visible focus outline is shown wherever you are on the page.
  • A “skip to main content” link is the first thing keyboard users reach.
  • Menus and accordions announce whether they are open or closed.
  • The mobile menu returns focus to where you were when it closes.
  • Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced rather than only shown in red.
  • Status is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Text can be zoomed to 200% and beyond without content being lost or cut off.
  • Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
  • Tap targets are sized so they can be used comfortably on a phone.
  • Pinch-to-zoom is never disabled.

Known limitations

The map on our location and contact pages is embedded from Google Maps, and we do not control how accessible it is. If you have trouble using it, our full address is written out in text next to the map on every page where it appears, and we are happy to give directions over the phone.

Tell us about a problem
