Screen Repair for Phones, Tablets & Laptops in Philadelphia, PA

Cracked and failing displays across every device we service.

Screens are the single most commonly damaged part of any device, for the obvious reason that they are the part facing the floor when something slips. We replace displays across phones, tablets and laptops.

What varies is what "a cracked screen" actually means underneath. On some devices the outer glass is separate from the display panel; on most modern ones they are bonded into a single assembly, so damage to the glass means replacing the whole unit. That difference is the main reason two similar-looking cracks can lead to quite different conversations about cost.

What we do

How a screen repair works

  1. Step 1: Establish which layers are affected

We check whether the damage stops at the glass or reaches the touch and display layers, and test the components sitting behind the screen.

  2. Step 2: A clear price before work starts

You get the figure before anything begins, and you can decline.

  3. Step 3: Display replacement

The damaged assembly is removed, the frame cleaned of old adhesive and glass fragments, and the new display fitted and sealed.

  4. Step 4: Full testing

Touch across the whole panel, brightness, cameras, sensors and anything else sitting behind the display.

How to prepare

A few minutes of preparation makes the whole thing quicker.

  • Back up the device if the screen is still readable enough to do so.
  • Know your account password — many devices ask for it after service.
  • Tape over badly shattered glass to contain fragments.
  • Bring your case and screen protector so we can check the fit afterwards.

Pricing and timing

We do not publish a single price for this service, because the cost depends on your exact device model, which components are affected and what parts are available. Repair time varies for the same reasons. You will always get a clear price before any work begins, and you can decline.

Your data and your passcode

Back up your device before any repair if you can. Some repairs need your passcode to test the device afterwards — we will ask you in person, and only when it is genuinely required. We never ask for a passcode in an online form or by email.
